Led the successful creation of a new joint venture entity, IT Shared Solutions, for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and WorkSafe Victoria from their previous IT divisions in 2007. Led the change program to create a common business systems platform to enable leveraged growth for both organisations.

• Led the planning and initial implementation to relocate all of the TAC functions and staff positions to the regional centre of Geelong, including the tendering and building of a new corporate headquarters. TAC successfully relocated to Geelong in January 2009 with no service interruptions.• Led the strategy development and ICT turnaround for the TAC, developing a new integrated claims management platform to enable a new business operating model.
