Directed all athletic programs for the high school and junior high school. Led K.O.R. defense to a #1 ranking in FBS with a 14.24 yds/return average.• Guided Punt Return team to a #29 ranking in FBS with a 9.27 yds/return average.• Developed first team All-M.A.C./All-American punter Zac Murphy.• Game day responsibilities: ST scheme, personnel, sideline call-ups, and secondary coverage adjustments.

Directed LHS through the transition from a D2 program to a big school D1 program in Ohio (OHSAA).• Rebuilt the football program and developed a winning culture that led to an OHSAA state championship.• Implemented a year-round program that resulted in LHS becoming a consistent winning program.• Worked with the athletic boosters and the AD to raise funds for field turf and a new weight room.
