AgCoTech was created as a solution driven company to help address two of the world's major challenges - poverty and climate change. Using the United Nations Sustainability Goals (SDGs) platform it helped us shape our approach and gave us alignment.Across Asia and Africa small cattle farmer enterprises struggle to produce enough outputs from their under-developed cattle. This means less food, low incomes and some of the highest methane outputs per kg of cattle/buffalo body weight in the world.AgCoTech’s projects lever our medicated molasses lick block solutions, combined with small cattle farmer education, that lifts the welfare and performance of these cattle. This provides long-term improvement in the management of cattle farm enterprises lifting incomes and dramatically reducing their carbon footprints.
