I grew up trying to figure out how things work and how to make things better. I truly enjoy solving problems for the people and organizations we work with; it’s in my blood. As a mechanical engineering “entreleader”, I have learned how to efficiently solve problems and how to win at everything my team and I do. I started Baymar Solutions to serve customers in a way that they are not used to. I don’t look at the short term gain of a specific job but at the long term partnership that comes from making our customers and their teams successful in their mission. I have had the privilege of serving my team members and customers as the founder and President of Baymar Solutions since 2006. I take great pride in creating an environment for our team members to thrive and serve our customers with creative and efficient solutions to the problems they bring us.
