I am an IT facilitator - taking complex technical and business requirements, and turning them into enterprise-scale systems that support and enhance our business. I have extensive experience in requirements analysis, business process analysis, use case, and test plan design, and testing/installation/training on the final systems. I have technical knowledge of software development in several languages, with a focus on web development, and the software development lifecycles - waterfall / agile. My current focus is on YVR's Digital Twin initiative - working as a Product Owner utilizing the sAFE framework to deliver functionality to our business units as we develop the capabilities of our Digital Twin platform, working with the Unity gaming platform.Previously I was focused on all aspects of Digital Media - developing product roadmaps and delivering product updates for our mobile & web platforms, platforms, digital tools, and indoor location services domains. Recently I have delivered a project to transition our website to a managed cloud infrastructure, and I am currently focused on transitioning our API driven infrastructure to a new environment.
