I'm a Fractional CTO and Consulting Architect with an extensive technical background and previous roles as CTO, Head of Engineering, Architecture Lead, and so on. I've worked across multiple industries, including in both the private and the public sectors. I work with various company profiles, particularly smaller companies going through all of the socio-technical challenges that come with building something new while also building a company.I focus mainly on the transitions from project/service to product, and product to platform. I help people navigate the transition from one-off bespoke practices to efficient, scalable and repeatable operations, building the tools, teams and processes to make growth work.
