As Vice President of Development for The Heritage Foundation, Andrew McIndoe led the organization’s robust fundraising program for 500,000 Heritage members.McIndoe was responsible for upwards of $130 million of giving activity each year. This included annual and future support for both The Heritage Foundation and its sister organization, Heritage Action for America (501c4). In this role, Andrew is responsible for helping achieve Heritage's $750 million Reclaim America campaign goal by leading the major gifts team. This includes $70 million of giving activity each year in both annual support and future giving for The Heritage Foundation and its sister organization, Heritage Action for America. He oversees a team of thirty, including solicitors stationed across the country, a robust portfolio management and prospect research capability, and all communications and marketing efforts for major donors.
