Andrew McLachlin is the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at BGIS. Andrew manages all legal and governance matters for BGIS, globally, and serves as the primary legal advisor to the global CEO and executive management. Andrew serves as a director and officer of several of BGIS’s affiliates in Canada, US, and Europe and has played a significant role in supporting BGIS through tremendous growth of the business around the world.Andrew advances and supports BGIS in acquisition activity, and legal aspects of construction, commercial contracting, employment and human resources, corporate law, and dispute resolution. BGIS is a leader in the provision of facilities management, project delivery, energy and sustainability, and real estate services. Globally, BGIS manages more than 30,000 facilities totaling more than 340 million square feet, comprised of facilities in the private and public sectors, including federal and provincial/state governments, P3s, hospitals, educational institutions, Crown corporations, banks, and telecommunications companies.
