Director, Sales Enablement
CurrentEdgeConneX delivers custom-built Data Center solutions anywhere in the world. In my role, I assist in all aspects of the Sales lifecycle from early lead generation through contracting and beyond. Key responsibilities include:• Acting as a key contributor to the Deal Desk function supporting the Sales teams with a variety of requests. Request types include deal reviews to evaluate feasibility and assess cost and impact to the business, pricing strategy / approvals, and developing presentations and other materials to be shared with customers. Previously, I also managed contract reviews, acting as final approver on over 700 contracts.• Managing the business operations for the CRM tool to ensure accurate / complete data and leading cross-functional efforts to identify and implement improvements to the tool.• Utilizing PowerBI and Excel to develop recurring and ad hoc Sales and Pipeline reporting used at all levels of the organization. • Managing the global capacity and inventory reporting for the 80+ data centers in our portfolio. • Training and coaching the global sales teams on sales processes and tools. This includes participating in new hire training for the global sales workforce (spanning North America, Europe, and Asia).• Acting as the liaison for Sales information across multiple workstreams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, Accounting, Finance) to ensure all groups are communicating effectively and are receiving necessary feedback.• Assisting with the Sales Compensation process to provide complete and accurate compensation to the Sales teams.
