Current- EdgeConneX delivers custom-built Data Center solutions anywhere in the world. In my role, I assist in all aspects of the Sales lifecycle from early lead generation through contracting and beyond. Key responsibilities.
- Acting as a key contributor to the Deal Desk function supporting the Sales teams with a variety of requests. Request types include deal reviews to evaluate feasibility and assess cost and impact to the business.
- Managing the business operations for the CRM tool to ensure accurate / complete data and leading cross-functional efforts to identify and implement improvements to the tool.
- Utilizing PowerBI and Excel to develop recurring and ad hoc Sales and Pipeline reporting used at all levels of the organization.
- Managing the global capacity and inventory reporting for the 80+ data centers in our portfolio.
- Training and coaching the global sales teams on sales processes and tools. This includes participating in new hire training for the global sales workforce (spanning North America, Europe, and Asia).
