I was the Supervisor for Sustaining Engineering team on the single engine turboprop Caravan. My duties included managing a MS Project schedule for the design work; over-seeing 4 US Engineers and 5 GTC Engineers in Bangalore, India. My team helped certify the 208B new Pratt Engine; upgrades landing and brake system; retooled wing; new glareshield; update A/C system; and many other small projects.

My duties included managing a MS Project schedule for 200+ drawings assigning the design work; and over-seeing 5 landing gear system suppliers to keep them on task to meet the program goals. I was the Engineering coordinator working directly with supply chain ordering more that 150 conformed landing gear, brakes, and hydraulics parts. I was a part of the supplier selection committee. I worked closely with other groups to balancing competing concerns between the eight major aircraft systems Flight Controls, Propulsion, Landing Gear, Brakes, Hydraulics, Electrical, Pressurization, Environmental Control and Ice Protection Systems, and Avionics with the goal of integrating all systems to meet aircraft wide certification rules. The Cessna Citation CJ4 (Model 525C) is a the light mid-size business jet.

Lead Focal Designer for the Citaion XLS hydraulics and brake sytems and Citation Soverign Hydraulic design. Primary resposiblilities were design using Computer Aided Design, CATIA layout and Engineering drawings of the tailcone System and system segregation with ECS for 25.863 Fluid Flammibility FAA regulaions. The Citation Soverign (Cessna Model 680 Sovereign) is an American mid-size business jet and Cessna Citation Excel (Model 560XL) is a turbofan-powered, medium-sized business jet.

Lead Engineer for completion of designs for air conditioning systems for business jets, propeller planes and helicopters. Leading a team of 4 designers to design and assist in fabricating and installing after-market and OEM air conditioning systems one the Beechcraft JPATS Trainer, Bell Helicopter and Cessna Skyhawk projects. I also assisted the dept. in testing and certifying each system.
