Tried administrative appeals by large healthcare systems seeking return of payments recouped because hospital admissions found unnecessary, and other recoupment appeals by hospices and home care companies. Defended challenges to rate-setting methodology filed by providers of services to “intellectually-disabled” persons and provider’s appeals of annual rate revisions.
