As a leading voice for the Agile Community in Atlantic Canada, I share ideas on Agile and Scrum. I am host of the monthly Agile Lean Coffee on the Scrum Beers Halifax meetup. I have been a speaker at various events including Scrum Beers Halifax, Professional Development Summit (Halifax), PMI Nova Scotia and the Scrum Master Toolbox podcast.

Scrum Master, Servant Leader and Agile Delivery Lead. I serve my teams and the organization, and provide delivery and operational leadership. I have been leading Agile Delivery for our Business Unit, coaching and mentoring other Delivery Leads and establishing agile practices that suit our organization. I have been working across our various products leading delivery and working closely with Product Managers, SEO, Engineers and other Stakeholders to deliver product features that our customers love.

As Scrum Master I guided the team in the Scrum Events, provided Coaching and supported the team by removing impediments to process flow. I was a Systems Analyst and later a Scrum Master for a Financial Service client on a large web development program. We delivered web based applications through Agile Scrum based projects. For two years (2013 - 2015) I served as Business Analysis Practice Lead for NTT DATA in Halifax. In this role I managed the Halifax Business Analyst Community of Practice and provided leadership and career guidance to our BA's. I was involved in BA Practice initiatives including campus recruiting, training and new business pursuits.I was also a People Manager for 10 consultants, providing career guidance and performance management for my team.

I worked on several projects as a Senior Business Analyst for public and private sector clients. My work included- Business Requirement Documentation- Project Management, including the creation of Project Plans, Proposals and managing small projects.- Management Consulting for a business transformation project- Functional Design Documentation- Facilitation of Requirement Workshops with Business Stakeholders and Executives- Business Process Analysis, including the roll-out of a new process model for an organization- Business Case development, including Cost-Benefit Analysis and recommendations
