My role at Gilimbaa, an indigenous creative agency, involved working with a client base that included organisations such as Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet, QANTAS, Commonwealth Bank, ASIC, and Department of Education and Training. My role encompassed a wide and varied scope including Operations, Business Development, Financial, Human Resources and Project functions. It included:✓ Leadership role for events and general Studio Management ✓ Develop an accurate centralized system that allows tracking of projects and resources allocated to projects (FLOAT, Workflow Max)✓ Implement and manage the new system as the point of truth✓ Design a strategic approach to develop a pool of freelance providers to meet the needs of Gilimbaa’s workflow including capture of resources, agreed term and conditions and a template contract ✓ Develop the pool of resources in line with the strategy agreeing in advance terms and conditions, rates, skill set and capture them into a system✓ Target indigenous talent wherever possible within the talent pool✓ Present weekly scheduling updates for the Operational team✓ Manage upcoming talent requirements – both freelance and permanent ✓ Business cashflow management responsibility and reporting ✓ Further develop and maintain systems to manage cashflow✓ Working with the Director, identify and implement changes to allow systems to speak to each other (eg. Workflow Max and Zero)✓ Undertake the overall coordination of, and response to transactional new business and existing client enquiries, ensuring that leads are followed through thoroughly✓ Establish and maintain productive and effective working relationship with joint venture and other partners and providers, expanding the Gilimbaa networks where possible

This business has undertaken various contracted arrangements since 2003. Some highlights of this time include:✓ Outsourced boutique recruitment for small to medium enterprise✓ Performances as an entertainer – MC, Facilitating, Speaker, Musical performer✓ Team building and motivation – engaged by organisations such as NRL, QRL, Women In League, Telstra, Hilton, high end hospitality, financial institutions and recruitment agencies (Coaching and Development programs)✓ Founder and Owner of Bikini Red, a Brisbane City based salad bar✓ Director for Rutston, purchasing, selling and setting direction selling WIWO businesses✓ Volunteer Leader – 400 supporters who crowdfund and support various causes

My role at Josephmark led the growth, change and development of the team as well as working with a client base Red Bull International, Thredbo Ski Resort (Vale).
