• Act as first point of contact for Futures, Options and OTC Clearing client queries.• Reconcile client cash, trading activity and open positions, identifying breaks and providing timely and professionalcommunication and resolutions.• Proactively contact clients to ensure they are aware of upcoming Last Trade dates.• Manage reporting requirements and identify gaps to ensure all required account information is delivered accurately andon time within strict compliance policies.• Understand, implement and communicate industry regulations relating to client trading active.

•Supports the implementation of pipeline trading and basis strategies that generate positive gross income•Collaborate with Refined Fuels Product Trader and Refined Fuels Scheduler daily on pipeline scheduling activities and reporting functions•Develop and maintain relationships with multiple refined fuels brokers through day to day communications, as well as face to face interactions at industry events•Maintain numerous worksheets of fundamental and technical market information to support hedging and trading strategies and activities
