My accomplishments and responsibilities include:• Managed creation of new Active Transportation Plan with consultant team and steering committee, including public participation, speaker event, storymap, and dashboard• Managed major update to the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Architecture with consultant, convening local agency stakeholders and conducting software & topic trainings• Submitted organizational grant application for $13 million for the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) Round 2 grant opportunity; subject matter expert on EVs and programs like NEVI• Created IMPO’s Open Data Portal v1.0 using ArcGIS Hub by convening & coordinating with internal staff through a regular working group• Rebuilt the Regional Ride Guide interactive map app, including ongoing data updates and maintenance through yearly Crowdsource Reporter public initiative, and intern support• Perform GIS tasks for other projects and organizational initiatives, including the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), regional performance measure tracking, Environmental Justice analysis, and our Trail-Oriented Development plan• Hosting & logistical support for the 2023 IMPO Speaker Series, including presentation and roundtable discussion on racial equity in active transportation• Administrator for IMPO’s ArcGIS Online and My Esri organizational account, management of user accounts and passwords, assigning user roles, monitoring usage, and support authorization• Project management oversight for internal work, local agencies, and contracted planning or research services, including our Technical Assistance Program for the City of Fishers Trails & Greenways Study• Assist Principal Planner II with carrying out strategic planning initiatives, public engagement strategies, and monitoring of state and federal trends and target setting• Assist with, and sometimes lead, advisory panel/committee discussions; moderate, facilitate, and oversee stakeholder deliverables

• Assistant Team Lead for Site Layout for the 2017 National Scout Jamboree• Developed maps and other visual resources for facilities management and development, land and resource management, site planning, program development, and event planning using a combination of Esri and Adobe software• Harnessed GIS, GPS, drones, mobile apps, web apps, and other technologies to make short-term decisions and guide long-term plans• Managed organizational geospatial data through ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Online to serve both internal and external audiences with accurate, responsive information

Trinity Works was the master developer of The Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve, a 10,600-acre camp and high-adventure base for the Boy Scouts of America located outside of Mount Hope, West Virginia and immediately adjacent to the New River Gorge National River. The Summit is one of the largest and most comprehensive outdoor adventure facilities in North America.During my time with Trinity Works, I assisted in the on-going development of GIS databases, supporting both business and construction operations as well as programming, way-finding, and site layout for the 2013 National Scout Jamboree held during the month of July.

Developed a downtown plan that includes tourism and a focus on sustainability for the Town of Orleans, Indiana.Imagine Orleans is a group of Ball State students working with the Town of Orleans, Indiana to bring ideas to the community during the summer of 2012. Community Based Projects (CBP), an outreach program of Ball State University (BSU), works all over Indiana to engage residents in the planning and development of their communities. Over the past 40 years, CBP has worked with over 200 communities in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky.
