Drove board negotiations to resolve a difficult internal company direction conflict. Appointed as interim Président as part of the agreed resolution to secure the future of the business. Resolved an inherited dispute with a licensee over loss-making forensic software. Met with the US distributor negotiating the transfer of the FSS technology, gaining agreement from both Boards and working with the legal team to execute the agreement. Identified a new manufacturing site in Southampton, overseeing its construction through the development and delivery of a strategic funding plan.
