Starting out my career in Telstra's Project Management Office at the ripe old age of 19, I was fortunate enough to gain an early understanding of best practice program management methodologies and processes on Enterprise-level technology implementation engagements. Following a career break to travel and complete my studies in Journalism at Monash University, I moved consultancy side, delivering large-scale tech implementations in the Learning & Development industry.I eventually moved in to the Digital Agency space, taking a cross-functional role at Loud&Clear, responsible for the Agency protecting and growing it's client base. The agency experienced a significant period of growth, eventually being acquired by Accenture and Microsoft JV, Avanade. I was appointed as Head of Avanade's Digital Innovation Studio, navigating the acquisition and integration of Loud&Clear in to the Avanade business, stabilising and growing our Studio for almost four years.Most recently, I've elected to move back to the smaller Agency world, taking a role as TAG Studio's General Manager in 2022 with a mandate to create and strengthen a happy, healthy and growing business with the support of an exceptional Senior Leadership Team and mentor network, who I am consistently grateful for. As part of a Venture powered by TAG, I am also General Manager of a Sports Technology Marketing startup, Axon.
