I lead our Strategic Sourcing, Costing & DFM, Quality, & International Logistics functions within Fictiv's Operations organization and I report into Fictiv's COO.Our Strategic Sourcing team builds a network comprised of the best manufacturers the industry has to offer in order to meet the needs of our customers. We oversee the sourcing, development, and management of our suppliers that range from high mix, low volume 3D Printing prototyping through low mix, high volume production of piece parts to final product integration.Our Pricing & DFM team leverages their technical expertise and experience within fabrication & manufacturing to ensure we're able to quickly provide accurate prices, lead times, and DFMA without burdening our manufacturing partners to obtain this information.Our Quality team is comprised of quality inspection and quality engineering experts who engineer quality assurance processes with our suppliers and who oversee quality control of our customers parts on a daily basis. Fictiv differentiates through its ability to deliver complex and tight tolerance parts on tight lead times without compromising quality, and this team plays a huge role in making sure of that.Our International Logistics team is comprised of experts in international trade compliance and logistics. This team oversees building out a scalable logistics network as well as defining, executing and, ultimately, automating processes in order to quickly and reliably deliver Fictiv's custom manufactured parts & products to our customers.
