As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Andrew is responsible for creating, nurturing and managing all sponsorship and partnership relationships for The Performance Institute (PI). Joining PI in January 2011, Andrew hit the ground running, transforming a second-tier revenue line into the most successful line for the company in 2011. In addition to exceeding his annual sales goal, he created and fostered several strategic partnerships that build a foundation for success in years to come. In this role at The Performance Institute, Andrew not only manages sales efforts for the sponsorship division, but he also oversees client services and marketing, as well as the financial and operational management for the division. He works closely with the Education team to create customized, targeted event opportunities to offer PI’s strongest industry partners. The Sponsorship division helped inspire strategic changes to the organization, which include transforming its business model and new visions for long-term growth.During his tenure at PI, Andrew grew the revenue of the division year over year, with no additional resources: o $250K in 2010 o $450K in 2011 o $850K in 2012
