👋 I’m Andrew! I’ve spent about 8 years working at early stage startups as the first or second sales hire, and I’m hooked. You name it and I’ve probably done it. From a 1-1 prospecting competition with my founder, booth duty, all the way to taking the trash out, I’ve had the privilege to build GTM functions from the ground up and had fun while doing it. What I love about startups is that the challenges are endless but the lessons from prioritization and pressure force you to think creatively for your prospects, colleagues, tomorrow’s company and yourself. I’m grateful for the experiences I’ve had in startups and I’m excited to grow more with them professionally and personally.My experience has ranged from solely focusing on top of funnel efforts all the way up to closing lower enterprise deals (~5K employees and six figure deals). I’m comfortable burying myself in technical topics and enjoy the challenge with learning a new industry and ICP. I enjoy building and tinkering with outbound messaging, pitch decks, talk tracks, pricing strategy, objection handling, and negotiation tactics.I’ve come to realize that connecting with people through understanding is a core value of mine and I attribute my success to it.
