After showing my technical abilities via Python scripts and server administration as a test technician, I was brought into a new role meant to maintain existing applications. Following several successful projects that increased in scope on existing programs, my position has expanded substantially: specializing in C#, Python, and AWS infrastructure, I have streamlined and automated multitudes of technician work-flows via applications and developed entirely new applications to analyze or execute tests. I have spearheaded my team's effort to transition our applications from self-hosted, on-prem architecture to AWS in order to simplify our development process, cut costs, accelerate development, and reduce maintenance overhead.

After continued success as a lab manager, I was assigned additional responsibilities: I provided oversight of testing being conducted by interns, and I created many of my own PowerShell and Python scripts to help manage and facilitate testing I carried out.

In addition to my responsibilities I had as a contractor, I also supported the rest of the Systems Test team in performing other Electro-Mechanical testing, measurements, fixture setup and product labeling to track units under test. Furthermore, I supported the test facilities and engaged in equipment maintenance and management.

As a contractor, I mainly performed post-processing analysis of data gathered by test fixtures to evaluate system-level performance of new product prototypes, existing production units, and competitive products. This data is acquired from performance tests I execute and from the documented results from these tests, in accordance with both internal and international standards and procedures. I document and communicate these results and findings across many programs and teams to define performance or facilitate root cause analysis and resolution when failure occurs.

At Ipswitch, I took on duties across all fields to assist the Marketing team. I have performed SEO analysis and improved search results through the use of several tools, I have edited, scheduled, and posted scores of blog posts, and I have updated the company's affiliate program and associated links. Furthermore, I have cut and produced the majority of the video content since July for both social media presence and product updates. Finally, I have written several scripts using PowerShell for the marketing team to optimize the process of posting blogs, cultivating critical contact information on inbound and existing leads, and acquiring product reviews from new customers.

While at Perfecto, I was placed on the Marketing Operations team to assist with daily tasks and time-critical requests as they came to our team. These responsibilities included: Inbound and Outbound lead grooming and generation, lead reassignment in SFDC, SFDC and Marketo event campaign creation and automated assignment, quarterly campaign attribution statistical analysis, thorough documentation of all Marketo actions to facilitate optimization and identify bugs, and creation of new processes for better inbound lead automated descriptions in Marketo.

While at Newforma, I experienced most of the different pieces that made up a cloud-based product in the later stages of development. Initially, I diagnosed and fixed bugs in front- and back-end systems for the product in order to learn the ins-and-outs of the product. After several weeks of familiarizing myself with the product through bug-testing, created strategies and developed classes to verify originality and validity of data being sent through the product. After the several different services within the product started to be integrated with each other during development, I began developing automated testing scripts to prevent regressions in ongoing builds for both local development and build machines with full-service integration to identify failing services.

Being a Resident Assistant was a hugely formative learning experience, balancing both classes and RA responsibilities. Everyday I had to address resident affairs, file administrative paperwork, be available at any time to drop everything and attend to emergency situations, perform building safety checks, and offer knowledge and advice to residents both in and out of the dorms. Weekly meetings were held among RAs in each building to manage consistency in administration and discipline as well as to plan weekly events for our residents. All Resident Assistants participated in community events to address social concerns in the greater Boston area and bring awareness to residents as well as offer fun and safe breaks from the college stresses. In addition, I was responsible for monthly decorations for the halls and doors of residents to help promote a feeling of community among them, and organizing meetings among all residents to address campus events including vacations, move-out, move-in, and any concerns passed down from the Resident Directors.

Received incoming merchandise for storage within the facility, gathered items for customers’ placed orders, prepared and shipped out customer orders following merchandiser’s requested procedures, worked together with all other associates to complete total customer satisfaction on order fulfillment, and maintained close contact with management to resolve order fulfillment errors.
