About Andrew Nau

I am a well versed Human Resources professional who is heavily involved in all aspects of Employee & Labor Relations to include serving as a key member on OCSD's labor negotiations team, representing the District in disciplinary hearings and mediations, conducting administrative investigations, and working closely with General Counsel. I began my HR career as a recruiter, sourcer, and headhunter and have spent time in both the private sector and public/government sector. I've worked both on the agency side and the corporate side of recruiting/staffing. I have sourced and developed relationships with individuals in every industry and in every discipline. It has always been my job to find the best candidates (both active and passive) for every position that I work on. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I recently completed my MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Cal State Long Beach.
