Research various sources, give them a call and politely ask for a short 5-min interview. Make it clear to the talents/ experts why their insights and story are important for the targeted listeners and give them a sense of care and love• Active listening: Make the interview like a small talk or little conversation so that the talents feel comfortable and safe to express their thoughts and feelings, and always be prepared to capture interesting views • Get familiar with all the equipment: Always ask for help and guidance, and practising frequently• Edit multitrack audio on the day to meet the sharp on-air deadline at 6 pm
