Currently, I manage ~25 spiritual/religious/secular organizations that serve about 17,000 students on the Rochester Institute of Technology's Henrietta campus. Additionally, I am responsible for nearly $350,000 in assets (not including endowments in excess of $1,000,000) for all the above entities, including the management of incoming and outgoing expenses; advancement initiatives (including board relations), grants, and fund allocations; accounting reconciliations; general fiscal protocols; and marketing and communications efforts. I also organize and co-sponsor dozens of programming/ministry events each year for new and returning students, staff and faculty, and outside visitors and guests, in addition to managing a 13,000 square foot interfaith space with chapels, a multipurpose room, a kitchen, and an office suite.

I worked as a student participant mentor for a high-school youth ministry program, which sought to instill the central tenets of Catholic Social Teaching, discipleship, vocation, etc. into various activities throughout the year. As part of the program, the mentors helped to coordinate a week-long summer intensive program, several retreats throughout the year, in addition to serving as mental and spiritual support systems for the participants. Student participants were encouraged and obliged to create and construct a Peace Project, which served as a solution to some sort of need or problem that was occurring in the participants’ parishes, schools, or communities.
