Information Technology leader implementing disruptive and transformative technology solutions for over three decades.    I have consulted for large corporates and founded a wide variety of technology start-ups. Highlights include automating enterprise finance processing using a virtual robotic workforce, launching a platform for process automation,  co-founding a service for fully digital conveyancing,  building Australia’s 1st online timesheet system (awarded on Ch 9 TV),  fully automated ‘order to delivery’ manufacturing process,  a ‘grower to global buyer’ fresh fruit portal and a service for multi-merchant e-gift vouchers. I started working on internet technology from its initial commercialisation in the early 1990s.  A company I founded at the time had the slogan 'bringing database technology to the web' in an era when most sites just displayed images.  I've continued my passion for developing software solutions that leverage internet capability ever since.   I'm currently leading a team of technology innovators building composable DXP platforms using JamStack, CDPs, marketing automation, personalisation, and 'No code' site generation technology.My work continues to be fascinatingly diverse and fuels my passion for transforming the customer experience.    I have a track record of successfully employing research and development activities to drive software innovation.  I also have a long history of working in the higher education sector at Boston University, Swinburne University. and currently for CAUDIT (Council of Australian University Directors of Information Technology)
