During the first internet bubble I participated in several large software development projects doomed to deliver poor quality software for a high price. On one the first project I was allowed to manage, my team began a process of meeting at the start of each week and planning what needed to be done. We also created a spreadsheet of ideas for features that I would prioritize with system stakeholders monthly. This project was completed under budget and perfectly on time with nearly 0 post-launch defects found. Several years after adopting these patterns I learned they are known as Agile Software Development and I became a Scrum Master and passionate Agile evangelist.
Listed skills include Agile Methodologies, Spring, Agile Project Management, Hibernate, and 21 others.
