Implemented state-of-the-art EDI ordering tools for Frames and Contacts, responsible for over a million orders. Developed a Contact Lens EDI standard that is still presently in use.• Developed and coded a companywide associate scheduling and patient appointment tracking system, moving from paper to electronic appointment books and doctor scheduling, successfully scheduled over 1.4M patients over 10 years.• Responsible for quarterly inventory, inventory control, reporting, cost of goods, physical audits, and all policies/procedures related to inventory.

Hired to implement a new POS system at 40 offices as a 3-person team. Personally trained half of the company on the new system, including retail associates, corporate office, insurance.★ Designed and developed an Intranet to supplement the limited POS system, implemented KPI’s for retail associates, and other pricing tools.• Took over insurance plan management and pricing in the new systems, resulting in increased efficiencies and more accurate receivables.
