Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Campus Expansion Program, Hershey, PA - Multi-phase healthcare campus expansion featuring new 152,000 SF cancer institute; new 9,925 SF Oncology Treatment Building housing prefabricated linear accelerator and gamma knife shielded vault rooms, support space, and reception/waiting area; 1,300-car parking garage; site development; and infrastructure upgrades.

WellSpan Health, York Hospital Campus Redevelopment Project, York, PA - Program consisting of 6-story patient care tower, chiller plant, power generation plant upgrade, orthopedic neurology, and catheterization laboratory. Responsibilities included interior framing, drywall, mechanical, electrical, and exterior wall framing. Ran foreman meetings and schedule development meetings with the Project Manager.WellSpan Health, York Hospital, York, PA - $7 million fit-out of shell space in the main tower for Orthopedics. Managed change orders, submittals, cost, billings, pricing, and scope development.

Sr. Project Engineer – October 2002 – August 2003 - Russell Byers Charter School, Philadelphia, PA - Complete renovation of an existing 60,000 SF medical office building into an early development/elementary charter school. Includes a new electrical system, complete rework of the mechanical from the existing air handling units, and conversion of existing parking into a play yard.Sr. Project Engineer – April 2002 – September 2002 - Homeline Furniture Distribution Facility, Philadelphia, PA - Renovation of existing 300,000 SF warehouse. Retrofit of a fire damaged warehouse that included new mechanical, electrical, roof, sitework, new access roads, new loading dock facility, and renovation of 20,000 SF of office space.Sr. Project Engineer – September 2001 – March 2002 - University of Pennsylvania, Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology Sharpe Lobby and Roman Galleries, Philadelphia, PA - Renovations to 5,000 SF of lobby and secondary entry space to the new main public entrance. Work included all new finishes, reception area, and accent lighting. Also renovation of 8,000 SF existing exhibit space. Work included all new finishes, lighting, terrazzo flooring, and restoration of original windows in the 100-year-old museum.

Sr. Project Engineer – April 2001 – August 2001 - Drexel University, Creese Hall, Philadelphia, PA - Renovation and demolition of 14,000 SF basement level at the Creese Student Center including new mechanical, electrical, and finishes.Sr. Project Engineer – October 2000- January 2001- American Red Cross, Philadelphia, PA - . Project included class 100,000 clean room spaces for advanced blood testing methods for the largest blood collection lab in Philadelphia. The project included connecting to the existing mechanical, electrical, and DI water systems. All work was coordinated with the existing operating facility.Sr. Project Engineer - June – September 2000 - Bell Atlantic, POP Pennsauken, Pennsauken, NJ - Specialized switching and data center for local and long distance telephone fiber service with high-level mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler fit-out.
