Main tasks include royalty reporting and reserves for returns and allowances. Royalty reporting includes creating and sending quarterly royalty reports to our licencors (ex. Disney, Universal, Mattel), entering payments for quarterly royalty reports or scheduled minimum guarantee payments, forecasting based on licencor need, and putting together our month end accrual entry. R&A reserves includes running monthly sales and credit reports and working with our A/R department to determine our monthly R&A expense

Primarily handled A/R customers with portals (Ex. Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's, BJ's, Rite Aid, Walgreens). Responsible for making sure invoices were being paid on time, researching deductions, filing claims with customer or freight company, and entering credits returns and shortages

Product Support Services

Go through a step-by-step process to confirm customer is deceased, to decide if account updates need to be done, and to see if the state most be notified for tax purposes.

Scanning Services

Receive signature cards from bank branches and put them into the computerized system so all branches can have access to signature cards
