Appointed Interim President to lead due diligence process throughout the DirectCash acquisition. Drove the global ATM managed service offering and other modem-supported self-serve devices. o Generated a 20% increase in customer satisfaction by instilling customer centricity and delivering products and solutions based on individual customer needs and requirements. o Built a global managed services platform and deployed it in both the Netherlands and France.

Realigned the operations organization to be fully integrated with the Member Services Group, driving fundamental change in corporate culture to focus all teams on member success.
