As a certified specialist I directly handle customer complaints and issues by diagnosing and treatment using a variety of products and/or educating the customer regarding proper watering and manicuring techniques. In addition I and responsible for both expanded services up selling, new customer generation and retention goals. I supervise and train new specialists in the aeration unit. During the winter of 2014-2015 I was relocated to Orlando, Fl to assist that branch with coverage and expanded services production until Denver’s branch reopened.

While I was employed with Colorado Security I was stationed at a variety of sites, and was responsible for property security, the safety of patrons, assist law enforcement and the fulfillment of all client requests.

During my time with DIRECTV I was tier two technical support for DIRECTV equipment. I was also asked to cover a variety of topics including billing issues and call redirection.

I started my time with IBM in their customer entitlement and billable repair team. I would research and the customers methods of purchase using multiple as400, dos and web based systems. After determining the entitlement of the customers covered repairs, I would contact the customer with my findings and continue the process based on their needs. I was also responsible for customer contact of machines that had already been sent in, but needed repairs that weren’t covered under warranty. The position required both informing the customer of the reasons as well as selling them billable service.

I started my sales and client support career with Dish Network. Here I was a member of the Customer Retention Team, responsible for resolution of customer issues and meeting customer retention goals. I was also started my sales career with the direct sales team. I was always ranked in the top 10% of the call center over a variety of metrics.
