I bring 15+ years of experience supporting peers and students by implementing curriculums, training programs, and diverse teaching methods. ▶ SOME OF MY KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:▶ Apply teaching strategies: Provide on-the-job and field training to incoming personnel in 140 core subjects, 9 career development courses, and 9 certifications.▶ Meet diverse student needs: Teach, advise, and support adult learners worldwide by implementing tools and resources to ensure success. ▶ Promote learner success: Supervise certification programs and teach safety to 85 students during Fire Prevention Week on ongoing basis.▶ Address community needs: Mentor military veterans to provide peer support for PTSD-affected individuals.
