Ever since I could remember I have always had an interest in how the human body works from how to improve it to how to fix it when something is wrong.This has lead me to my current pathway of study. I have recently completed a 5 year MSc in Physiotherapy degree where I dived deep into different types of physiotherapeutic techniques and methods. I am also grateful to say that I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 8 years. Helping various types of people become the best version of themselves through personal training and fitness classes. I have also been blessed to work with professional sports clubs and athletes as a strength and conditioning coach assisting them to reach physical limits to compete.
