Lazard Capital Markets was a privately held broker dealer created upon the IPO of Lazard Freres, NYSE: LAZ. My role at Lazard was to join and then ultimately run the capital introduction program for prime brokerage and institutional clients. During short tenure, we hosted events and scheduled manager meetings in all major money centers including New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas-Ft. Worth, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and the Pacific Northwest.I built out a series of manager briefing materials to help clients optimize the capital introduction experience.

EFX Prime Services was a division of First New York (FNY). EFX Prime Services was a nascent prime brokerage offering launched out of First New York. The firm decided to not move forward with the sell side initiative choosing instead to focus exclusively on their principal trading business.

During my 7-year tenure, I assisted senior management implement all aspects of their investor relations programs including corporate strategy development, IPO/Secondary roadshows, media relations and assisted senior management coordinate the investor relations activities for 12 ADR listings and IPOs on the NYSE and NASDAQ.
