Hanson Zandi is an integrated creative design agency that specialises in healthcare and medical communications. I have continued to keep up-to-date with the Adobe Creative Suite on a variety of areas across multiple platforms. My responsibilities continue to maintain my traditional design-for-print experience through art working for a variety of marketing materials, publications and exhibition stands. I have created product websites with my front end web developer knowledge, HTML & CSS and utilised Adobe XD for the UX and UI of a global brand platform. I have developed HTML emails across a number of delivery platforms (Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp and IQVIA) and tested for use on mail clients. I manage the requirements of creating videos for campaigns and social media platforms, or adjustments to patient and product videos utilising my knowledge of After Effects.

I helped to set up a small marketing and design studio where I worked as the only creative production member on a small team of copywriters and marketing professionals, I was solely responsible for the creative output of all projects and client briefs. At Chepping Media Limited in Buckinghamshire, a marketing, media and design agency. The initial role was as a graphic designer, focusing on branding and print production. The main responsibilities were producing flyers, brochures, newsletters and adverts for a variety of industries. I was later allocated his own clients and was responsible for their complete marketing and advertising. I eventually became the senior designer within the agency and took on other responsibilities in website design and development, and was largely responsible for the majority of design and production within the agency. Acting as part of a small design team, I would deal with clients directly, take briefs, fulfil their requirements from concept to finish, produce final artwork, delegate and oversee jobs for other members of the design team.

I developed a very good understanding of how to set artwork correctly along with a good understanding of pre-press operations. Part of the role was to come up with the initial design concepts for the artwork production team, plus image retouching. I was also involved in artwork production for client concepts, reprographic film and bromide output.
