PhD Computer Science: Post-doctoral research based on machine learning and many-objective optimisation techniques applied to water treatment - case study projects are http://www.project-saraswati.net/ and http://www.water4india.eu/Previous career experience includes over 25 years electronics and technical software engineering, including running my own consultancy / software house up to 2000. I have returned to "school" to update my technical skills and acquire knowledge in new application areas. I hope to be able to commercialise some of the developments from my research.In my work, I like to feel that it will ultimately provide benefit to society. I enjoy technical challenges and like paying attention to detail. I also have a wide range of experience and problem-solving skills.
