I worked for JP Morgan's Private Bank as a Business Systems Analyst, responsible for executing projects through the System's Development Life Cycle.As an IT Business Analyst I acted as the liaison between the Business/Customer Operations and the Software Development teams.Main responsibility was to understand the needs and requirements from the business clients and translate those requirements into technical specifications for our software developers to build.

On the Work Management Project (WMI) I was responsible for testing numerous applications key to the implementation of our Mobility for Planned Work phase. I was involved in the following: large scale testing, defect resolution, vendor relationships, and got to experience the cutover and go live of a multi-million dollar project.During my time here I also worked on the Rev Ops team: My main daily activities including testing various human service programs within SAP in our many different SAP environments, logging and working defects within HP Quality Center, and working together with my team to effectively and efficiently move the programs into production.
