As chemistry lead, used my understanding of the issues that affect delivery of both oral and inhaled drugs to set the medicinal chemistry strategy and deliver 2 clinical candidates.Delivered internal training on synthetic and medicinal chemistry, plus the use of Dotmatics Browser and Vortex software.Member of the fragment team; designed 2 fragment libraries (kinase and fluorinated) and oversaw several screening campaigns.
