I managed over 120 employees from customer facing, operations, fleet management, damage collections, sales, customer service, and our most important auto detailers. While overseeing the Enterprise brand at Raegan National Airport, I won multiple "Diamond Club" awards for quarterly and fiscal year success' and multiple profitability awards for the highest operating profit in the DC Metro Area. While managing the National and Alamo brands at Reagan National Airport I won the first ever "Diamond Club" for those brands in that locations history. I also, created a fraud training initiative to help bridge the gaps between The Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority(MWAA) and Enterprise Holdings to help combat fraud in our industry. This consisted of license verification training, credit card fraud analysis, and overall travel patterns to recognize fraudulent activity.While managing the Enterprise home city brand for Arlington, Falls Church, Sterling, Reston, Herndon, Manassas, Warrenton, Gainesville, Centreville, and Chantilly, I maintained and developed our management trainees, assistant branch managers, and branch managers to break records all while navigating through these new Covid times. My multiple awards and employee promotions landed me a spot at the largest home city location in the group in Prince Georges County, Maryland with over 600 cars. After winning multiple awards in Maryland, I earned a position at DCA airport running a top 10 location and over 120 employees where I set a company record for operating profit 6 months in a row. In my short time as an Assistant Manager, I managed Dumfries, VA for 6 months where I set a customer service record and had multiple promotions. I then moved my way to Sterling, Va where I also set a customer service record and also an internal sales record which still stands today. In my time there, I had to fill in as interim branch manager while mine was out on paternity leave and this time earned me my promotion to branch manager.

In my transition to Enterprise from college, I came into this career with an open mind and a lot of grit. With my work ethic and the coworkers around me, I loved it. The teamwork around me and constant motivation from my peers really helped me see Enterprise as my forever home and has been the reason for my success' today. The training program is a hands on 9 month program that gets you prepared for the management track.
