I lead a team of outstanding commercial disputes lawyers at UK law firm Ashfords, where we help our clients to find the most effective route to resolving the disputes that inevitably arise during the course of running and growing a business. I regularly advise directors on their statutory and fiduciary duties. I also advise on a wide range of injunction applications and have extensive experience of seeking and opposing freezing orders and search orders, with particular expertise in relation to the enforcement of restrictive covenants in commercial contracts.I am an accredited mediator.
