As a Security Consultant I was responsible for performing web application penetration testing using the OWASP testing methodology and providing security consulting to organizations to improve their overall security posture. Other activities include mentoring and training security consultants, developers and non-technical people about application security.

As a Technical Consultant I produced Solution Architecture, Technical Specifications, Data Mapping and Transformation, Database Design, and Migration Processes. I provided technical knowledge and expertise during design and implementation stages of projects.Pre-Sales experience, including tender responses, pre-sales presentations, software demonstrations and an ability to identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

I managed a team of application, technical and mainframe support analysts to provide day-to-day support, including training of help desk staff and client personnel in use of the Experian products, systems, and services, within agreed SLA’s.

Experian acquired the Tallyman Debt Collections Software in May 2007.The transition to Experian saw me move from the Tallyman Technical Manager to the Business Services Manager where I continued to manage a team of business analyst's, technical consultants, project managers and application support programmers who provide services for Experian products.

Provided project management, system design and development, configuration and support to clients in the telco and finance industry for credit and collections software.

Involved in all implementations of the Tallyman application in the Asia-Pacific region. Provide customers with training on the Tallyman application. Support customers through the project phases of SIT, UAT. Also performed development on Oracle, SQL Server, UNIX and Windows systems.

Initially I was developing and suporting local government applications such as Debtors, Creditors, Stores, Purchasing, General Ledger and Rating. Other modules included Animal Register, Cemetery Register, Health Register etc. I was involved in projects all over Australia and Malaysia.Eventually I moved into the Credit and Collections area and started on the Tallyman application.
