He is also a chairman of the technical Committee and a Board member of Valuers Registration Board of Tanzania.A fully registered and licensed asset valuer, Andrew has worked with organizations such as the Ministry of Finance on Undertaking Situational Analysis and Developing Action Plan for the Government Asset Management Division (GAMD) towards adopting international asset management standards, KPMG on assessing asset management functions in Tanzania for the Ministry of Finance, and multiple Water Authorities to conduct asset valuation and management to improve WASH services. Andrew has navigated through the Real Estate sector, specializing in market analysis and feasibility studies across Tanzania, the UAE, and South Africa.
