CurrentWe help businesses and organizations reduce their energy usage, maintenance costs, and carbon footprint while improving the appearance of their facility through high performance lighting installations, such as LED.New lighting sources and controls use less energy, last longer, and look better than incumbent technologies. Upgrade projects reduce electric bills and pollution, allows maintenance teams to focus on other needs, and generally pay for themselves within a couple years. Evaluation and implementation of these projects typically involves the maintenance, financial, and ownership teams in an organization. I find it challenging and rewarding to meet with a wide variety of industrial, healthcare, retail, and institutional organizations and guiding them through the process from the initial site evaluation to a completed high performance lighting project. To date we've taken the equivalent of thousands of homes off the electric grid while making places appear brighter, cleaner, and more inviting. I also work with our talented procurement department in managing millions of energy budget dollars by guiding clients through the highly competitive and complex world of deregulated electric choice in Pennsylvania and beyond.
