• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team. Pre-screen candidates, post jobs, sourcing support, ATS (applicant tracking system) management, interview scheduling, career fair support, administer assessments, backup TA team while out of the office.• Prepare new hire offer letters and work in conjunction with third-party vendors to ensure timely completion of, and obtain results of all pre-employment verification and drug screening processes. Gather, collect, complete, and ensure accuracy of all new hire employment forms, I-9s and training records.• Provide support to the HR Generalists and Human Resources department. • Coordinate local campus recruiting events and career fairs.• Daily activities include interaction with senior-level executives and all levels of employees with exposure to sensitive and confidential information. • Assist HR team by performing a variety of clerical tasks, at times in line with project work (Excel, PowerPoint, travel requests, invoices)•Serve as an information resource and liaison to employees and managers. • Respond to requests for information regarding Human Resources policies, processes, and programs. • Screen and direct phone calls.
