For twenty-five years, I have had the pleasure of working with organisations on major programmes of change, whether due to the introduction of new technology, the creation of a new operating models or incorporating newly acquired businesses. I have global experience across many sectors, though working in Energy has dominated my experience, with my sixteen years at Accenture and the past seven at EY.I believe managing change is hard and so often underestimated.
