I worked with the project-wide Asphalt Delivery Team to assist with the main co-ordination of the asphalt works across the job to ensure that program dates were met and that the asphalt sub-contractors’ productivity was maximised. This included the following responsibilites;• Daily co-ordination with on site area engineers and managers to ensure asphalt works could proceed• Daily co-ordination with traffic control management as well as safety and environmental teams• Daily/night shift reports to area managers and senior management • Daily/night shift on site co-ordination between asphalt sub-contractors, traffic controllers and other night shift activities• Monthly cost reporting and forecasting.• short and long term program control to ensure that project milestones could be reached

Engineering and construction support for the following activities involved in the Kedron area Cut and Cover Tunnels;• Top Down Construction methods• Bottom Up construction methods• Rock bolts• Rock excavation to 20m below surface level• 2m thick roof pours• Extensive concrete and reo works• Diaphragm Wall rectification techniques• MEFT (Mechanical and Electrical Fit-out) integration• Thermo-couple Temperature logging and monitoring of thick concrete structuresMy involvement in the above works included all daily and monthly cost tracking, daily, weekly and monthly programming and reporting, design management, as well as the day to day site co-ordination of all subcontractors and on-site staff

I assisted the Construction and Engineering manager with the designa nd construction of precast items for the Airportlink project. This included the following;• Co-ordinating with all site and area teams about what precast items were required and when• co-ordinating the design of elements with the site and project design teams to maximise efficiencies and ensure a standard product was delivered where possible• co-ordination of delivery dates across all sites to ensure that required installation dates are met whilst minimising transport and fabrication costs.• Assisted with weekly and monthly cost and production reporting and forecasting• Double checking in-house and external shop drawings are correct and incorporate all project based NCR's, SI's and RFI's
