Labor Market Analyst
- State analyst for the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) responsbile to handle sensitive, classified information- Certified North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) coder- Member of a specialized division called the Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) which covers 98% of the nation's employment and wages- Operate a data management system including nearly 250,000 employers in New Jersey-Independently responsible for collecting, loading, and editing all Web-based accounts (10,500 worksites or 25% of all lines) from September 2015 – November 2016-Trained the replacement for the Web-based accounts on the new systems created during my tenure as the Web contact-Wrote and edited a number of unique Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) programs in order to efficiently edit accounts-Solicited information for and created dozens of new multiple worksite establishments with a 72% response rate since October 2016-Presently the sole contact responsible for collecting, loading, and editing all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) based accounts (11,700 worksites or 28% or all lines) since November 2016-Accountable for all Lieutenant Governor business requests and inquiries from February 2016 – January 2017 and trained the replacement on the procedures-In charge of printing and distributing all paper Multiple Worksite Reports to the research technicians-Responsible for assigning business and administrative codes and editing all single establishment accounts in Bergen County, Salem County, and Warren County-BETA tester for the development of a new QCEW nationwide system called the QUEST System since November 2016-Educated coworkers on helpful tips in programs including SAS, Excel, and Word-Attended numerous WebEx courses pertaining to operating procedures within QCEW with the Bureau of Labor Statistics-Present at the Philadelphia Regional Office for a week of training on QCEW systems in September 2016
