I lecture in leading entrepreneurial teams. I think this is a critical MBA unit because no one can succeed on their own. This unit explores several robust theories on leadership; and building and managing effective teams. It also looks at Google’s Aristotle and Oxygen projects. The students assessment is to interview a key manager of a team and compare and contrast their responses against the theories taught in the classes. PLUS… to share what they learned as budding entrepreneurs. I love this unit because the material is highly relevant… especially now.
