I have also been a director or committee member of three different organisations and understand the different roles of managing and governing an enterprise and know how to get the best outcomes in either case. I have been recognised in the superannuation industry as the voice of specialist superannuation funds, having worked across other key superannuation industry players including fund administrators, investment managers and consultants.As chief executive of legalsuper, which today manages $5 billion, I led $4.8 billion or 2,500% of organic and in-organic growth and business expansion that included seven mergers. I delivered step change transformation of technology and increase in business capability in terms of people. I also transformed from a small in-sourced fund administration team to an out-sourced capability with increased scale and delivered cost savings/efficiencies. This business transformation and innovation was recognised by external rating organisations as delivering industry leading products and services to members.My style of leadership is to be accessible and visible to my team to build trust and respect.
