Site based at the Dubai Parks and Resorts project in Dubai, UAE. Management of the procurement of rides and show work packages for Motiongate, Bollywood and Legoland theme parks including 43 No. ride systems and 48 No. show (themed construction) work packages.

I provided Project Management services for the following projects:1. The Waterfront Saigon, District 1, HCMC Vietnam - New 40,000m2 mixed-use high rise, primarily high-end apartments. City centre site. 28 floors + 4 basements levels. Top-down basement construction.2. Danieli Office Building, District 7, HCMC, Vietnam - New 8,500m2 headquarters building completed on time in 220 days and within +1% of budget.3. Sanofi Office Building, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam - 5,500m2 Refurb and Extension of existing office building located on a city centre site in HCMC.4. M&C Tower, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam - Partially competed 120,000m2 40 storey mixed use development. Construction works are currently on hold whilst additional funding is being arranged and Contractor's claims are being evaluated.
